Every week we're going to pick a topic, learn about it and find activities to go along with it.
What we want to learn
I want to see race cars and learn about them
You know those huge cars, I want to learn about cars
Learn what's inside of cars and how they are made
Learn about fire trucks and cars
How do you think they work?
-L probably the motor
-E some kind of training cars, build them
-L the gas comes from the gas station, it goes into the motor and then it eats
-E race cars like to race, they motor is big so they are fast
What we found out
L- gasoline goes inside the engine, it burns
E- race cars go fast because they have a big engine
Toyota has a children's website with a video link on how cars are made, it's pretty cool!

We drove up to a more trafficked road and took a survey. We split our findings into four groups.
Trucks - 5
Vans - 9
SUV - 13
Cars - 35
Most people drive cars. There are 13 SUV's, 9 vans, and 5 trucks. There were probably mostly small families on the road because most were smaller cars. This was done in the evening, people were probably coming home from work or school.
